KERLI (NF 2004) AIMS TO BAKU
24 year-old Estonian singing star Kerli said to Estonian web page Elu24.ee that participating in Eurovision representing her native country would be an honor for her.
Kerli is not a new star for Eurovision fans, as she already participated in 2004 Eurolaul (now Eesti Laul) the Estonian national show to select the Eurovision song & artist, reaching the 2nd position with the song Beautiful inside. She also did try in 2003 Melodifestivalen in Sweden but was eliminated in the second semifinal.
In order to launch her musical career, the star now lives in Los Angeles, California, and since then, although her appearances have been a bit erratic , we can hear Kerli´s songs in the album Love is Dead and also in Video Games such as Quantum of Solace or TV series like Smallville where Kerli covered the 10th season promo song Nature Boy .
