KATERINE (NF, 2010 DSQ) TOURS CHINA
Katerine Avgoustakis, the Greek Belgian singer, is enjoying currently a big tour in China! The singer was selected for the 2010 Greek National final with ‘Enjoy the day’ but she got disqualified after the song leaked out on the internet and thus broke the rules of ERT.
The singer had since day major chart success in different countries amongst Poland and Bulgaria but nowadays she’s looking for success much further. The singer was signed recently for a tour in China which include 12 gigs.
Another major thing is that her music has been approved by the Chinese authorities so within the next weeks her music will be officially released in one of the largest countries in the world.
Katerine Avgoustakis gave some days ago a life interview through skype to the Belgian commercial television VTM where she stated she enjoys this tour a lot. It is very likely she will be travelling more to China when her music is sold well over there.

Giorgos Alkaios would eventually win that final with ‘Opa’, a song he originally even wrote for Katerine as he stated more then once. Katerine stated afterwards that it’s still her wish to represent the country of her mother as it would make her very proud. Let’s see if this might still be an option in the coming years.
