FESTIVALI I KENGES SEMIFINAL 2

The Grand Final of the 50th Albanian festival is on Thursday 29th. Stay tuned until then.

And pass to the final: Toni Mehmetaj,Dr. Flori,Kamela Islamaj,Frederik Ndoçi,Sindi Berisha,Mariza Ikonomi,Iris Hoxha,Xhensila Myrtzaj,Elhaida Dani and Goldi Halil. Well done guys.

And a break with a European Singer until the results.

These were the 14 songs for tonight for the 50th Albanian Festival. Now we have to wait to see which acts pass to the final.

Elhaida Dani – Mijra vjet (Endri Sina, Sokol)

Elhaida  is wearing a white long dress. Her song is a dynamic  ballad. The vocals are flawless, as her facial expression. She has been inserted completely grasp the feeling of the song. I like her.

Xhensila Myrtzaj – Lulet mbledh për hënën (Genti Lako, P. Papingji)

Xhensila is wearing a light blue dress which doesn’t fits her I think. One more ballad for tonight, with good vocals (not something special, but they are good). She has an intensive facial expression. I like her, but she is not for the “Eurovision” with this act.

Goldi Halili – Rroj për dashurinë (Fatrin Krajka, Agim Doçi)

Goldi is wearing a pink short dress full of sequins (Oh My Lord!!!).  Her song a new age popish. The vocals are mediocre and for this I think that for this is responsible the choreography. The refrain is horrible and monotonous I think. One more indifferent song.

Iris Hoxha – Pa ty (Edmond Rrapi, L. Shqiponja)

Iris has a black rock style. I love her hair style. The song is a powerful rock style. She has the best facial expression and the flawless vocals than everybody until now. She has the most intensive act too. I love her.

Saimir Braho – Përjetësi (Ilir Dangellia, I. Kurti, Saimir Braho)

Saimir is wearing black shirt and jean. The rhythm of the song seems to be like a revolutionary song. He is facial expression is very wild, moreover it must be because of the melody of the song.

Kujtim Prodani – Digjem (Kujtim Prodani, A. Biba)

He is wearing an old fashioned T-shirt and a blue jean. His song is quite pop with some elements of jazz. He has an intensive dance act in contrast to others. The vocals are nice, but not something difficult. It is a particular song.

Mariza Ikonomi – Më ler të të dua (Sokol Marsi, Jorgo Papingji)

Mariza is wearing an elegant red dress that brings out the sexy curves of her. Her song is ballad. The song is very is very sensual. The vocals are mediocre. Her dance act is exceptional. She is making many discordants in the song unfortunatelly.

Back to the Albanian Festival.

Sindi Berisha – Braktisur (Kristi Popa, P. Truja)

Sindi Berisha? does anybody know if she has a relative Sali Berisha?(hehe) Sindi is wearing a long gold dress. I can say that she has beautiful eyes. The refrain is boring I think, because in the end the lyrics is : “iiiii”, “aaaai”. The vocals are good as her facial expression. Big applause from the audience.

Bojken Lako – Të zakonshëm (Bojken Lako)

Bojken Lako is the first duet for tonight. The song has a dynamic beginning, it’s about a new age rock song. The vocals are horrible, we can’t understand what they are singing. I like their leather style. The must have a perfect dance act, and they even don’ t move a second from the stage. It was an indifferent song.

Marsida Saraj – Eja më merr (Enis Mullaj, Arbër Arapi)

Marsida has choosen a lace dress for her act tonight. Her voice is very sensual. The song is a ballad, what a strange! By the way, the vocals are flawless as her facial expression. She is having an intensive act. I think that this is the best act until now.

Frederik Ndoçi – Oh… jeta ime (Lejla Agolli, Frederik Ndoçi)

The first group for tonight which made of two women and one man. He has the classic dress code in black, I would prefer him without eye-glasses but it’s ok. The women are wearing black dresses. The song is ballad again with the keyboard be included in the song. I think that was a great song, but indifferent.

Back to the second night of the 50th Albanian Festival, from which the winner will represent Albania in Baku in the Eurovision Song Contest.

Kamela Islamaj – Mbi yje (Alban Male, I. Sojli)

Kamela is wearing a black dress with revealing cleavage. Her hair are wonderful and fits well with the whole style. Her song is ballad and the vocals are flawless. She has perfect facial expression which fits with the song. The vocals are amazing. This is a powerful song, this is a powerful ballad. I like her.

Dr. Flori – Personale (Dr. Flori)

Oh my God! Who was his stylist? His wearing a grey shirt and a baggy pant. His song is in hip-hop style, his is good enough, but the vocals in the refrain are boring and you can’t understand a word even though you are Albanian. By the way he is not so bad.

Toni Mehmetaj – Ëndrra e parë (Edomond Zhulali, Agim Doçi)

Toni begins the second night of this Festival. He has casual style. The song in the beginning seems to be a Christmas song, but afterwards we can understand

that is a jazz-pop song. His song is dynamic, but he is very nervous (maybe because his is the beginner of the night, who knows!!) . The vocals are not so good. He is cute so and this may helps him.

The three hosts are now on stage and present us an Albanian traditional band.
