TOTO COTUGNO (1990) IN ROMANIA
Toto Cotugno, who won Eurovision 1990 for Italy with “Insieme: 1992” and also hosted Eurovision 1991, will have a concert in Romania on 29th February. The concert will take place at Sala Palatului starting at 20:00 CET. Toto Cotugno visited Romania for the first time in 1993.
