MORE EUROSTARS IN DMGP 2012

The 2012 Dansk Melodi Grand Prix is gearing up with various big names performing and be guests in the show through which Denmark seeks the trophy in the Baku Eurovision Song Contest. Already oikotimes.com revealed that Alexander Rybak and A Friend In London will attend and perform in the show.

Today DR revealed more information about the international juries which are four and selected from the past four year of Eurovision wins. Eldar and Nikki, the 2011 Azeri winners in Eurovision will be the Azeri jury for the DMGP 2012. Norway will be represented by Alexander Rybak who said that he will try to get lots of Norwegian opinions to get a fair result. Russian jury chairman will be Alexander Vorobyov (or Alex Sparrow) who represented Russia in 2011 Eurovision. German representative will be Oceana. The 29-year-old German singer, who has roots in the Caribbean, has hit large parts of Europe with his R’n'B Soul-Funk hit “Cry, Cry”.

All together will vote along with the viewers for the best internationally appealing song. During rehearsals for Dansk Melodi Grand Prix, Alexander Rybak gave a rendition of two iconic Danish songs – New Tomorrow from 2011 and Dansevise from 1963. Why not take a look at the video!
