SERBIAN SONG PRESENTED ON MARCH 10
Serbian broadcaster RTS will present Željko Joksimović’s entry for the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest on Saturday, March 10. The song will be presented in a special show to be aired at 21.00 CET. It will be Željko’s fourth Eurovision engagement having competed in 2004, composed in 2006 and 2008 and hosted the 53rd edition in Belgrade.
In a recent interview Željko said, “I will present our song in about a month. I want to hear what the competition has in store. In March we will make the presentation and then we will begin a busy promo tour”. The popular singer and composer only recently came back from his honeymoon with wife Jovana Janković, with whom he co-hosted Eurovision 2008.
March 10 is gearing up to be a super Saturday as Moldova, Portugal and Sweden are also set to choose their Eurovision entries. Željko Joksimović will perform in the second semi final on May 24 in Baku in the first half of the draw..
