AURELA’S (2011) TRIBUTE TO HER BABY DAUGHTER
Aurela Gace, the Alabamian representative at the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest has released a music video for her song “Tranzit” (Transit), dedicated to her first child, Grace. Aurela gave birth in October 2011 and was already pregnant while performing at Eurovision. “Tranzit” talks about pregnancy and childbirth. The video was filmed in Tirana days before Aurela gave birth. You can watch the video below
Aurela failed to make it past the semi final in Dusseldorf. She was ranked 13th with televoters and 11th with the juries giving her an overall 14th placing with 47 points.
