FALSE INFORMATION SPREAD AGAIN
Kids are always kids and when you give them the right to write they always mess up. This is the case with today’s so called “exclusive” for Greek national final. The oikotimes.com would like to clear things up. As already posted on oikotimes.com recently the Greek national final is not yet decided and will take place between 5-9 March at Athens West Rivers Mall.
Recently another amateur website for Eurovision claimed exclusive news that Greece appointed Melisses, after internal selection, to represent Greece in Baku something that caused extreme anger and laughter by the record label and the national broadcaster. Besides lack of professionalism and research let’s see the true story so far:
Kostas Martakis and band Melisses will not take part in the national selection, something that some sites don’t want to understand. The only secure names for the final according to Universal are: Eleftheria Eleftheriou and Velvet Fire while the line up discussions include: Konstantinos Frantzis, Malou Kyruiakopoulou and Panagiotis Tsakalakos.
The songs will be published on ERT very soon with no mention of the authors something which will happen around February 26-29. One of the songs is rumored to be penned by Claydee Lupa.
