EUROVISION.TV REPORTS The blueprints, unveiled in Delhi at the ABU’s 2011 General Assembly, which ended today, outline an ABU-run ‘television song festival’ based on the talent-contest style of the Eurovision Song Contest. Kenny Kihyung Bae, a senior producer at the International Relations Department of Korean EBU Associate Member KBS, will project manage the show and bring it to fruition.
