According to the local newspaper YNET, Israeli public broadcaster, IBA, will air the 2007 Junior Eurovision Song Contest live from Rotterdam, the Netherlands on December 8th. According to the newspaper Israeli wants to see the public's reactions on the contest and then to decide whether to participate or not in the 2008 JESC edition set to take place in Cyprus.

IBA has prepared a special program for the JESC broadcast. On December 7th IBA will air the 2005 Junior Eurovision edition along with the 2006 one.
