The song "The key of life" composed by Dinu Maxer and sang by Simona Nae should be disqualified. The song is an ethnic one and contains the instrumental part that disqualified the Rednex song "Well-O-Wee" last year. The instrumental part was also used for the intros of each entry in Junior Eurovision Song Contest that was held in Romania.

Simona should not be disqualified. Last year, RedNex and Ro-mania was disqualified because they used and similar lyrics from The album of Romania, Calusul, from 2001. The traditional inspiration is allowed, if no then RedNex and Ro-Mania shoul be disqualified again because they use again sounds from another traditional song. Only Nico with Fight for life and Paradise shoud be disqualified.

It's too late to come up with disqualification issues now. If any doubts the shouldn't reach this stage in the progress. Shame on TVR if this will be the case.

It seems like it is a traditional song, if only a sample should be used, I dont see why the song should be dsq.
