Andrei Tudor continues his empatic behavior against oikotimes.com in a big scale, causing the website to seek legal solutions to the behavior of this person. The composer of the Romanian entry which by the way is big time questioned by the local press and media as for the originality and the way it was selected, attacked twice the oikotimes.com editor who represented our website in the jury.

Not to mention that Mr Tudor's father was 'polite' enough to attack verbally our editor after the national final calling him a traitor of his country; speaking to local newspaper accuses Sebastian Secan that he launched an online petition against the Romanian entry.

To clarify to Mr Tudor, if he is of course capable to understand, that oikotimes.com has never allowed or asked Mr Secan to launch an online petition. Mr Secan has assured oikotimes.com, therefore we know it's true, that there is no participation of his in the online petition, practically hearing for this petition for the very first time.

We would like to clarify to Mr Tudor that it was TVR who asked foreigners to participate. Therefore since these acts participate in a national final they are eligible to be voted. Yes, we speak about the two Swedish entries which our editor voted with the maximum points. Mr Tudor cannot call Mr Secan a traitor of his country while his own state broadcaster invited and voted in the preliminary selection, foreign acts.
