Romanian broadcaster TVR has denied all accusations made by the composer of this year's Romanian entry against oikotimes.com reporter Sebastican Secan, claiming that Mr. Secan started an antiplagiarism petition witch appeared on internet after the Romanian Eurovision National final. ''TVR deeply trusts in Mr Secan's honesty and profesonalism, for which he was invited as jury member for the National Eurovision Final. He benefited from the same rights and complied to the sames rules as the rest of the jury members. We consider the accusations brought by Mr. Tudor as being unreasonable and groundless, and we regret the involvment of the TVR name in the composer's personal conflicts'', said Iona Duma, the project manager of Eurovision 2008.

The official statements of TVR's project manager come after oikotimes.com wrote published an article stating that Mr Tudor's father verbally attacked our editor after the national final, calling him a ''traitor to his country'', whilst the composer of the Romanian entry, Andrei Tudor, spoke to local newspaper and accused Sebastian Secan of launching an online petition against the Romanian entry on the grounds of plagiarism.
