As reported last week summer leads to the most important musical event in the music business with regards to Scandinavian countries meaning. We had also said that the organisers of the annual Allsang På Grensen have finally managed to convince Carola (1983,1991,2006) to make an appearance singing a duet with the Norwegian wonder Alexander Rybak, winner of this years' edition of the Eurovision Song Contest.

The organisers had wanted to make sure that the second show of the Allsang På Grensen commemorates the memory of such an international superstar and thus they asked Carola and Alexander to sing a song in his honour and they decided on performing the 1970 Jackson 5 hit titled "I'll Be There" which charted #1 in the United States and #4 in the United Kingdom. The project manager is quite enthusastic about the duet saying "We could not wish for another better than Carola and Rybak". The second show will be recorded this evening from Frediksten Castle and will be broadcasted tomorrow night via the channel TV2.
