Kenan Doğulu, the Turkish singer who represented Turkey in the 2007 Eurovision Song Contest in Helsinki has been scheduled to perform at a concert in Rotterdam. The singer, who gained 4th place in the 2007 final with ‘Shake It Up Şekerim’ will kick off his European tour with a performance on November 21st at De Doelen in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
