Mr. Vitalie Cojocaru, head of delegation confirmed that Moldova will be in Oslo despite the bad financial situation of the country. He also said that only Moldovan artists will be accepted although authors can be foreigners. Moldova's big names are highly interested as there will be a national final on late January.
