Hera Björk, with the song “Someday”, wins the OGAE Second Chance 2009, announced Andreas Nilsson, the contest’ executive producer. This was Denmark's 2nd win in the contest.
This is an internal game organized between members of international Eurovision Song Contest fan club OGAE to select the best song not to make it to the Eurovision Song Contest through their national finals. The contest was held in Sweden after Sanna Nielsen won the 2008 Contest with "Empty Room". 20 countries participated in the contest. Malta was to originally compete with "Avalon" by Georgina & Ruth Casingena, however OGAE Malta has decided to withdraw.
