Harel Skaaat may represent Israel in the coming Eurovision Song Contest in Norway. An official anouncement is expected to be issued tomorrow or sunday morning. There will be a 'Kdam', a local festival, where he will sing 4 songs and the winning  song will be chosen by jury and televoting.

The pattern of 2008 is going to be repeated where the 'Kdam' will be broadcasted in one of the franchises of Channel 2 network.

The Eurovision scene is not strange for Harel Skaat where in 2008 'Kdam' he sang a modern version song of Shlomo Artzi - At Veani (1975). You can check the video on the right hand side of the screen.
