Oikotimes.com met the Head of Spanish delegation in London. The first question popped up in the in between discussion was what is really happening with the Spanish representation in Junior Eurovision. The HoD responded that members of the TVE legal department, entertainment department, and other key department are on holiday and immediately after EDC the Spanish national broadcaster will re-examine the situation on the Junior Eurovision participation. Currently it's not been possible for everyone to sit down in one room and decide on TVE's possition from a programming and legal point of view.

If Spain withdraw it is because the contest is not about finding would-be talent but more as some sick marketing tool exploiting youngsters. I hope the EBU take note and act upon the obvious fix in the main ESC voting strategy.
