The first semi-final in Melodifestivalen was held yesterday from the city of Örnsköldsvik in the Northern part of Sweden. Salem Al Fakir, one of the wild cards in the competition, got most of the votes for his song "Keep On Walking".
The second entry which qualified directly to the final was the favorite among the 8 songs: Ola and ““Unstoppable".
The biggest surprise was Pain Of Salvation, a rock-band who delivered a pure, simple but beautiful ballad. Sometimes less is more!
